Kris Rossignoli is a Cross-Border Tax and Financial Planner at Cardinal Point. He provides cross-border tax planning, estate planning, financial planning, and wealth management solutions for high-net-worth U.S. citizens or residents, and Canadian residents. Kris also provides Canadian and U.S. tax preparation services for high-net-worth individuals, estates, trusts, corporations, and partnerships.
Prior to working at Cardinal Point, Kris worked at a “Big Four” accounting firm specializing in Canadian private businesses and their owners, as well as Canada-U.S. cross-border tax. He was also formerly part of an ultra-high-net-worth, single family office with a cross-border focus. Kris has extensive experience in corporate structuring, estate and business succession plans, and remuneration plans for Canadian and U.S. private companies and their owners.
Kris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a Major in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University. Kris has also completed the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax and Owner-Managed Business Courses. Kris is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA); a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA Illinois); a Canadian Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), a U.S. Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), and a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP).
