David Sheridan graduated from Concordia University with a degree in Economics before joining Jones Heward & Co. in 1979. At Jones Heward Investment Management Ltd., David provided investment advice to private clients and covered Canadian oil and gas investments as a Portfolio Manager and member of the Investment Policy Committee.
Joining Dorchester Wealth Management, a Cardinal Point predecessor firm in 2001, David was involved in security analysis, investment strategy, and providing discretionary investment management to corporate clients, foundations, and individual investors. Having been a Partner of Dorchester for many years prior to transitioning partially towards retirement, David retains an important role in guiding some relationships.
